Rent a car MM - Terms for use

Personal Requrements:
  • valid driving licence;
  • valid ID;
  • older than age of 25 years;

Young drivers
  • Drivers under 25 years must pay additional “Young driver” fee of 8 ? per day and must leave higher deposit – 20% more than the normal.
Rental period
  • Minimal rental period: 24 hours. If the vehicle is returned after the end of the period WITHOUT notice in advance, the Renter will be charged as follow: until 1 hour – free of charge; 1-4 hours – rate for half day; 4 hours and more – rate for a whole day.
Delivery/Collection of tha car :
  • for region of Sofia is free of charge;
  • for Sofia Airport is free of charge

Oneway rentals
If the rented vehicle is returned to another location the Renter must pay additional charge as follow:
  • 35 ?  Sofia - Plovdiv; Sofia - Bansko
  • 70 ? Sofia - Varna, Sofia - Bourgas
  • 25 ? Sofia - Borovets
Other destination: on request it is possible to be delivered a vehicle everywhere in Bulgaria.

Hiring a driver:
  • additional fee of  15 EUR per day should be paid;
  • for travelling outside Sofia and the country for more than a day the lessee should pay the expenses for hotel accommodation and food for the driver
Fuel:
  • The vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel. Fuel consumption is payable by the Renter. In case the car is return with less fuel than rented the missing fuel is charged 1.50 Euro per liter at the end of the rental.

Prepaid fuel
  • The Renter may prepay for a full tank of fuel on price ? 1.13 per liter. In this case the Renter may return the vehicle with empty tank. There will be no refund for unused fuel.
Travelling abroad:
  • Only on request. Additional fees applies. Some destinations are not allowed.
If you need to rent a car to get it back after the shedule:
  • an additional charge of 10 EUR should be paid;
Price:
  • 20% VAT is included in prices;
  • Prices are in Euro per day;
  • The weekend tariff starts from 16:00 on Friday and ends at 10:00 on Monday
How to pay:
  • cash;
  • bank transfer;
  • credit card   ( 2,8% fee should be paid )


 
The rental price include:

  • unlimited mileage;
  • oil and maintenance.
All the necesary insurances including :
  •  third party liability insurance ( T.P.L.), according to the government regulations.
  •  theft protection ( T.P.). The lessee should present the documents and the keys of the car
  •  collision and damage waiver ( C.D.W.), covers renter’s responsibility for damages of the rented vehlice with the exemptions of:
  • damages on the tires, wind-screen wipers, rim covers;
  • driving under influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • the insurance company reject covering the damage
  • written statement by police is not presented at the time of check-out
  • road map;
  • toll;
